By accessing or using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree to these Terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing the Site. You are solely responsible for the content you submit to the Site and for your use of the Site. You agree not to use the Site to:

1. Upload, transmit, or distribute any content that is unlawful, defamatory, harassing, abusive, fraudulent, infringing, obscene, or otherwise objectionable;
2. Upload or transmit any content that infringes any patent, trademark, trade secret, copyright, or other intellectual property or proprietary rights of any party;

Termination

Further, Candidate Pitch does not warrant or make any representations concerning the accuracy, likely results, or reliability of the use of the materials on its Site or otherwise relating to such materials or on any sites linked to this Site.

Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Candidate Pitch, its affiliates, or their respective officers, directors, employees, or agents be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data, information, profits, goodwill, or business interruption) arising out of or in connection with your use or inability to use the Site, any content or materials provided through the Site, or any services obtained through the Site, whether based on warranty, contract, tort, or any other legal theory, and whether or not Candidate Pitch has been advised of the possibility of such damages. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Candidate Pitch, its affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including, without limitation, reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from: (a) your use of and access to the Site; (b) your violation of these Terms; or (c) your violation of any third-party right, including, without limitation, any copyright, trademark, property, or privacy right. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Connecticut, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. You agree to submit to the personal and exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located within Connecticut for the resolution of any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Site.

Candidate Pitch reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. By continuing to access or use the Site after any such revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the new Terms, please stop using the Site.
